This was an amazing location not far from the center, restaurants and terra Nostradamus parc and the garden. The staff was friendly and kind as we expected.

It boasts stunning, magnificent location really close to Sao Miguel as well as the outskirts of Furnas. There is a great breakfast for a start.

Enjoyed the room with a tv, my bed was comfortable. Essentials that you need, such as a fridge, a dining area, and a work desk, were there. The location was exceptionally nice - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. I randomly popped in Chalet da Tia Merces serving some pastries, located at a medium distance from the hotel, it was nice.

The room was large and beautifully furnished, making us feel quite comfortable during our stay. The shared lounge area was elegant and added a touch of luxury to our experience.- The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety of options to choose from.- The location, although a bit of a walk from the center of town, provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist crowds.

The bed was only a regular double size, which was too small for us, and it was also quite hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom, although overall excellent, showed some signs of wear and tear.

We had great value for our money at Quinta De Santana - Queimadas. The room was cozy with a spacious and clean bathroom, just like being at home. The location was beautiful and peaceful, a short walk away from the center and hot springs. The staff, especially Luís, the owner, were welcoming and friendly.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.
